We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 14 day risk free, money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making a purchase.

Returns
If you have changed your mind and are required to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item. In order with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be: • Unused and with all parts • In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable) • In a resalable condition • With its proof of purchase • You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product
Refunds will be treated according to the original method of payment. Just so you know, if you paid on card, it could take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days.
We understand how frustrated this process can be for our customers, for this reason, as soon as we receive the product, we always in many cases speed up the refund process.

Shipping & return items
To return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
You will need to attach a prepaid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
Important Points
• Some items, such as food, perforated jewellery and underwear, can only be traded or refunded if they are defective.Our website tells you which items are not refundable.
• If you are returning a DVD, music or software, they must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.
• If the item or package has been over-handled, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we reimburse you.
• We may request the serial number of the product or another similar serial number to verify if the item was supplied by us.
• Of course, nothing of this affects your consumption rights.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
